The other day we took the kids rock climbing. A few months back the rock climbing gym was having a great deal on month passes so Greg bought us each a pass and we couldn't wait to get started! The kids have both been climbing before and were ready to scale the walls as fast as they could! We ended up climbing all day and only took an hour break for lunch.....my arms were so tired:)
It was crazy watching the kids climb--they are so good at it and some bigger kids were next to them having a tough time! Some kids came up to Reese and said, "Wow, you climb fast!" Reese was like, "ummm thanks" but you could see in his eyes he was proud!:)
I was just talking to someone the other day about how the kids are getting bigger now and we are having to find new things to do with them that they are interested in. We used to be able to sit on the floor and play blocks or put together puzzles but now they seem less and less interested in the "preschool" stuff:) It is so fun each year seeing how much they change and evolve. Just a year and a half ago we were in Disney World where Reese couldn't ride many rides and now the whole family is going to Six Flags riding the biggest roller coasters we can find! I like the stage we are moving into--I cherish where we've been but am happy to be passed it ;). What will they be into next year? Sky diving?:) Bring it on!!! Ha!
