A few days back Abby and Reese picked some apples off of Charlie and Landry's apple tree. They have been asking to make an apple pie for awhile now and today we finally had some time to get one made. I must say I am pretty proud of how it turned out! I used a recipe from a dear family friend of ours, George Graham, it is the best Brown Sugar-Honey Apple pie EVER! I will have to get permission to post the recipe on here so let me check and if I can I will share it with you...it's delicious!
p.s. we had apple pie for dinner:)
