Fireworks AND a Baptism!

Last night we went over to Doug and Anglea's church (Greg's brother) to go to their fourth of July shindig and to go see Anglea get baptised! It was so great to get to be part of that-I was so glad the kids got to see Aunt Annie follow in Jesus' footsteps this way...I think it really made an impact-they kept asking about what she was doing! Anglea was baptized as a child when she was saved, but she doesn't remember so she decided she would do it now and really make it count! Congrats Annie-we are so happy for you!
Then before the fireworks they had a concert/worship service and the kids thought it was great-LOUD-but great! Then we went out on the lawn and they had fireworks over the lake...Reese thought it was a little loud-as you can see in the pics- but they loved every minute of it!.... and on the way home we got to watch every firework show around town-"how special"....as Abby stated it in the car:) We were also so thrilled with the weather-WE HAD NO RAIN!!! ....I honestly prayed like crazy that we would get a break in the clouds and He did better than that-He gave us sunny skies..Yeah!
